3.26 子曰：“居上不宽，为礼不敬，临丧不哀，吾何以观之哉？”

孔子说：“居于上位不宽厚待人，施行礼仪不严肃恭敬，逢临丧事不悲戚哀伤，我怎么能看得下去呢？”
